Man finds bread in the well packaged 'cupcake' he thought he was buying. The poor man was forced to put the picture of the supposed cupcake on his social media page for people to know his plight. He wanted cupcake not bread; he should at least have the right to choose what he feels like eating and not for it to be forced on it. It is highly embarrassing for one to have to doubt every product, be it edible and non-edible goods, produced by Nigerians. The poor man reiterated that it was wicked for innocent people to be deceived the way he was simply because people want to sell.incidents like this only make people lose interest in locally made products. This could very well be part of the reasons why some people prefer to go for the imported products as they are sure the quality control team in charge of the product would do all they could to make sure it passes for something that is safe.
The heartbroken man regarded it as corruption as he had a hard time believing why people would choose to be this wicked.
“The corruption is everywhere. Isn't this bread??? Why are Nigerians so wicked?? I wanted cake not bread.” Perhaps, the time has come for people to be extra careful when buying and selling things. NAIJ.com sees it as a call to action; it would sanction everyone in the business of producing and selling while making consumers extra careful of the sellers they patronize and the things they eat.
