A photo of a federal minister kneeling down while talking to the President of Zambia, has gone viral.
According to a picture which is fast going viral, a serving minister under the president of Zambia was seen kneeling before him.
In what appears to be a scolding/telling off session, President Edgar Lungu, can be seen addressing the minister of Livestock & Fisheries, who was kneeling down soberly while he listened.
It is not however immediately understood from the picture if this is a sign of humility, or if he was being forced to kneel down as a form of punishment.
